Our Product Codes

Every artwork sample has an unique Product Code and it is indicated BELOW each artwork sample ( not ABOVE ).  Customers are required to quote the Product Code of the preferred design(s) when you place your order.
The Format of our Product Codes is XXX-WWHH-NNYY whereby
  • XXX is the Series Code, e.g. FAM for Family Names series, BRD for Birthday series, etc.
  • WW is the Artwork Width in Centimetres ( cm ).
  • HH is the Artwork Height in Centimetres ( cm ).
  • NN is the Number of Names ( applicable to Family Names series only )
  • YY is the Product Number.

 Example: FAM-5023-4040 refers to a 4-Names Family Names series artwork and the artwork size is 50 cm x 23 cm.

Please also note that WWHH refers to the minimum artwork size required for the artwork design and layout, but customers can opt for bigger artwork sizes.  

Example, BRD-2418-0004 means the minimum artwork size required for the artwork design is 24 cm x 18 cm, but customers can opt for bigger artwork sizes like the 30 cm x 21 cm , 40 cm x 30 cm or even 50 cm x 40 cm for the same design and layout.
